Dr. Steven M. Hamburg is an experienced chiropractic physician with a long-standing focus on sports injuries, spinal care, and functional rehabilitation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. Since beginning his career in South Florida, Dr. Hamburg has built a diverse and well-rounded clinical background shaped by decades of practice across multiple states.

Early in his career, Dr. Hamburg worked closely with respected sports chiropractor Dr. Jack Kahn, an experience that sparked his deep interest in treating athletic injuries. He went on to earn advanced post-graduate certifications, including Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Neuropathy Specialist, Certified Spinal Decompression Specialist, and Manipulation Under Anesthesia certification. His work has included caring for competitive swimmers at the Fort Lauderdale Hall of Fame pool, professional beach volleyball athletes with the AVP, and serving as the attending Chiropractor for a women’s roller derby league in Missouri.

Dr. Hamburg has practiced in Florida, Illinois, and Kansas, gaining experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings and laboratory work along the way. He returned to Florida in 2011, where he continues to care for both athletes and the general public. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Physician Association and remains actively involved in community service.
